Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Role Overview This role is under the direction of the Operations Manager and involves coaching front-line leadership, engaging hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, ensuring safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, KPI performance, and organizational capability. Responsibilities Ensure clear direction and priorities for the business unit aligned with site for all shifts. Develop and maintain teamwork plan and budget. Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently. Develop Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and all other leadership. Provide training, coaching, and facilitation. Manage the Safety system within assigned area. Lead development of key daily management systems such as DDS, CL, RCFA, and operational standards documentation. Communicate business unit results and needs to senior management. Provide organizational leadership to foster positive employee relations and meet evolving business needs. Track and close gaps on KPI results vs. work plan and budget (safety, quality). Involved in daily management, budgeting, strategic planning, TDC initiatives, enabler planning, execution and capital forecasting. Interface with multiple functions within the plant and WHQ engineering, process safety, product development, reliability, and annual network teams. Lead and coordinate activities to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, customer service, reliability, cost, and people. Participate or lead elements in strategic planning for broader operations on the operational excellence platform. Manage business unit across all three shifts focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, Delivery, Morale. Who You Will Work With Production, Safety, Quality, Sanitation, Shipping, Maintenance, OpEx, Plant Leadership, and HR. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Three (3) years of previous experience managing or supervising groups of employees in a manufacturing environment. Nice to Have Two or more (2+) years of operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Cross‑functional operations experience with a strong understanding of various plant functions. Compensation The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $67,000 and $92,100.
