Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications Job Responsibilities Manage the Trade Execution Platform that supports Portfolio Managers and Operations team Ensure the resiliency and security aspects of the Trade Execution Platform Manage projects and programs in collaboration with diverse stakeholders Collaborate directly with Product Owner and Portfolio Managers to deliver solutions for diverse needs and drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies Adds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience Experience in overseeing projects and programs from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, provide feedback and engage with stakeholders. Advanced in Python programming and experience with data analysis tools like Pandas , NumPy for large dataset analysis. Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Strong cloud native experience Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in organization management or leadership roles Application owner experience Advanced knowledge of software applications with artificial intelligence, machine learning Investment Banking products experience mainly with fixed income and derivatives preferably with Quantitative Modeling skills #J-18808-Ljbffr JPMorgan Chase & Co.
