Position Overview Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Security Administrator to support SDA's mission. The Security Administrators primary function is to provide multi-discipline security support for one or more of the client's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), and/or collateral programs. Responsibilities include: Perform entry, exit, visitor processing and escorting for day-to-day operations. Maintain and document personnel security accesses, to include databases for all collateral, SAP and SCI personnel and conduct indoctrination and debriefings as required. Review personnel security packages and when required, draft, and initiate staffing of waiver request documentation to appropriate security authorities. Assist with development and implementation of a Security Education and Training Awareness program and develop security education bulletins, directives, security plans, procedures and controls as required to ensure Government-wise awareness of SAP and SCI protection requirements. Provide daily administrative support as required or as directed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required (or 4 additional years of experience) Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility #qinetiqclearedjob 3 years of related experience required Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.
