Lead Customer Service Associate

Customer Associate LeadWe are seeking a Customer Associate Lead to join our team at Par Mar Store 126 in Ripley, WV. The Customer Associate Lead will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, leading a team of customer associates, and ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to all patronsLead and motivate a team of customer associatesTrain new employees on store policies and proceduresAssist with inventory management and restocking shelvesHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized store environmentRequirements:Previous retail or customer service experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
