Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality care to patients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' health conditions and record observations.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide competent patient care.
Monitor patients' symptoms and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a similar clinical setting is an advantage.
