About the Role:

We are a growing bathroom shower remodeling company looking for an experienced, reliable Part-Time Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor paid per job, or W-2 employee paid per hour.
We specialize in bathroom and shower remodels, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of quality, clean workmanship.

Competitive Pay & Flexible Schedule

Earn $35–$50 per hour , based on experience and qualifications, with an anticipated schedule of approximately 16–20 hours per week .

That’s an estimated annual part-time earning potential of $30,000–$52,000 , depending on hours worked and experience.

Use Your Own Work Vehicle?
If you provide your own work vehicle, you’ll also receive a vehicle-use per diem to help cover the cost of operating your vehicle for work.

What you’ll be doing:
• Rough and finish plumbing for bathroom/shower remodels
• Shower valve and fixture installations
• Tub-to-shower conversions
• Vanity and sink plumbing
• Drain and water-line modifications
• Troubleshooting and repair as needed
• Working independently and keeping a clean, professional job site

What we’re looking for:
✅ Current Journeyman Plumber licensed in MA, NH and ME (MA is required, NH and ME can be discussed)
✅ Residential plumbing experience
✅ Remodeling experience preferred
✅ Reliable and dependable
✅ Quality-focused with attention to detail
✅ Able to work independently
✅ Professional and courteous with homeowners
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
