About this opportunity: Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort, 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535 Compensation: Starting at $20.00 an hour, depending on experience Position type: Seasonal, Full-Time What you will do as a Driver: Safely operate the resort shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations within the resort and nearby attractions. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle. Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues to the maintenance team. Follow a designated schedule and route, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services. Communicate effectively with resort staff to coordinate shuttle services for events, activities, and special occasions. Uphold a high standard of safety, following traffic laws and resort policies at all times. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed. What we are looking for in a Driver: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Class B License with a passenger endorsement Previous experience as a shuttle or bus driver preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Familiarity with the local area and attractions. Ability to adhere to a schedule and maintain punctuality. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests. Physical ability to assist with luggage and navigate in and out of the shuttle.
