Leach Pad Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Current MSHA Surface Certification required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Experience operating or monitoring leach pad systems preferred
• Monitor solution flow, pumps, pipes, and irrigation systems
• Perform routine inspections and identify equipment issues
• Collect samples and accurately record production/process data
• Maintain detailed operational logs and documentation
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks

Leach Pad Operator Qualifications:

• MSHA Surface Certification
• Mining or industrial operations experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work long shifts outdoors Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
