• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active/Unrestricted Medical License
• Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine Education Required
• Doctorate Experience
• 5-7 years Residency Training Required License and Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
• Licensed Physician Required
