Registered Nurse SS Mother/Baby (Full Time, Night Shift)
Location: Abilene, TX
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates 200+ miles away)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)

RGH Global is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our SS Mother/Baby unit in Abilene, TX. In this role, you'll deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to mothers and their newborns. You will collaborate with an experienced healthcare team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of both mothers and infants. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care for mothers and newborns, ensuring both patient safety and comfort.
• Work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
• Assist in educating and supporting families in postpartum care and newborn care routines.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in line with regulatory standards.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure top-quality care.
• Participate in nursing committees, quality improvement activities, and continuing education.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or Bachelors Degree)
• Required Licenses/Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• CPR-BLS
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 6 months of hire
• PALS within 6 months of hire
• Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.
• Empathetic and supportive care, especially for families.
• Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
