Please note: This is a heavy manufacturing infrastructure role, not a general residential/commercial HVAC position. INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION RETA (Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association) certification is highly preferred. If you do not have it yet, we will completely sponsor, fund, and pay for your RETA testing and training. WORK SCHEDULE Stable, predictable 2nd shift operating Monday through Friday. EARNING POTENTIAL $42.00 – $44.00 per hour baseline. Overtime kicks in at time-and-a-half (1.5x) after 8 hours on a daily shift, with a guaranteed double-time (2.0x) rate for any Sunday coverage.
