Supervisor, Lab Collection – Phlebotomy This is a full time, benefited exempt position with varied hours as a Supervisor, Lab Collection – Phlebotomy. Responsible for day to day coordination of staff to provide lab draws and collections at multiple sites. This role is eligible for the Supervisor incentive compensation plan. Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: High school diploma 5 Years experience in a laboratory setting. California Phlebotomy Certification AHA BLS certification Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Bachelor's degree 2 years leadership experience Additional Information Primary Location: Central San Diego County - SCRIPPS MEDICAL LABORATORY Work Address: 9535 Waples St., San Diego 92121 Other Locations: Central San Diego County – LA JOLLA – SCRIPPS CLINIC – TORREY PINES Pay Range: USD $36.72 - $53.23 per hour (California residency required; differential may apply for remote employees.)
