Regional Nurse Consultant – SNF/LTC
\nGreater Chicagoland | DuPage, Will & Cook Counties

\nWe are seeking an experienced DON/RN leader to oversee 3–4 SNF/LTC and Memory Care facilities , ranging from approximately 99 beds to 200+ beds .

- Strong SNF/LTC clinical leadership background \n
