Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Portland, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active OR Amedisys Oregon LLC Homecare (20108) license
• 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
• This position begins on 03/02/2026 and ends on 05/31/2026
