## Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administrative professional to join our team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. ## Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and managing logistics operations, including shipping and receiving.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and process shipping documentation and invoices.
Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in shipments or inventory levels.
Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and manage data.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field preferred.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
