Instructional Designer

Our client is expanding its Learning & Development team to support several high-visibility initiatives, including Leadership Training, Sales & Service curriculum transformation, and Policy Modernization. This role is ideal for an instructional designer who has built enterprise-level learning solutions, understands adult learning principles, and has experience supporting insurance operations, contact centers, or customer service organizations. What You’ll Do Create instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, blended learning, and performance support materials using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, operations, and learning stakeholders to identify training needs and translate business objectives into effective learning solutions. Develop leadership curriculum focused on coaching, performance management, employee engagement, customer experience, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence. Support large-scale learning initiatives related to leadership development, sales and service transformation, and policy modernization. Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of Instructional Design experience in a large corporate environment. Experience designing leadership development and management training programs. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and curriculum development. Hands-on experience designing and developing interactive eLearning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, including scenario-based learning, branching, assessments, and multimedia content for corporate training programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
