SUMO Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
with geriatric experience for ongoing PACE coverage in Oregon. This role offers a low patient volume, no call, and a collaborative care model focused on adults age 55+.
Position Highlights

8a 5p
3 4 days/week considered
Minimum commitment:
2 weeks/month
No call

No inpatient coverage or hospital privileges required
Practice & Support
Outpatient PACE clinic plus community/home visits
Visits may include assisted living, SNF, and private residences
PACE nurse typically accompanies off-site visits
11-person interdisciplinary care team
Primary and geriatric care with a strong focus on coordinated care
Requirements
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active
Oregon medical license
Geriatric experience required
DEA and BLS
Comfortable with clinic and community-based care
