Maintenance Mechanic – Earn Up to $37/hour

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

In this role, no two days look the same. You’ll keep our operation running smoothly by:

• Performing preventative maintenance on automated equipment (50% of your time)
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems (30%)
• Supporting projects and equipment improvements (20%)
• Diagnosing issues with PLCs, 480V systems, and electrical components
• Maintaining and repairing 3-phase motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and facility equipment
• Completing occasional light facility maintenance tasks

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience (required)

• Technical degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Welding skills (a plus)

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hugo,MN.
