Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will help patients regain independence by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You will assess and address the whole patient, collaborate with peers, and refer for additional care as needed, ensuring patients and families receive high‑quality, compassionate service. Title : Occupational Therapy Assistant Location/Work Environment : In‑facility Reporting Structure : Reports to Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA & ACOTE standards). Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
