Bilingual HR Generalist/Recruiter

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire Compensation: $35-40/hr Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain a legal, compliant workforce across multiple labor markets. Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning for high-volume hiring needs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and immigration-related requirements. Establish employee relations programs and serve as a trusted advisor on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce concerns. Support workforce expansion initiatives, including creative sourcing strategies and alternative labor programs. Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure, staffing plans, and long-term workforce strategy. Partner with insurance, legal, and operational teams to support compliance, risk management, and workers’ compensation requirements. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish and English required Associates Degree required 5+ years of progressive HR experience; leadership experience supporting large or high-volume workforces and recruitingstrongly preferred. Experience building HR programs, policies, procedures, and operational infrastructure from the ground up. Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, staffing, or other labor-intensive environments preferred. Proven recruiting experience in high-turnover or high-volume hiring environments. Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced, evolving organization. Experience with workforce planning, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership.
