Sales Lead (Part time) - Scottsdale Quarter

Compensation $20.00 hourly. Eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales per the commission agreement terms and conditions. Job Summary As a Sales Lead, you’ll drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while exemplifying Purple’s values and coaching team members. This role offers growth in selling skills, mastering product knowledge, and becoming a top‑seller in retail stores. Responsibilities Drive Sales & KPIs by making strategic sales decisions aligned with Purple’s values. Drive individual sales and results through sales strategies to meet performance metrics. Establish clear personal goals, take ownership of results, consistently monitor progress, and track personal performance. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exhibit selling behavior that aligns with Purple’s strategy; continuously grow in selling skills, performance, and product knowledge. Help foster a positive work environment and uphold visual and operational standards. Adhere to all Purple retail policies, safety and operational standards. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a solution‑oriented mindset. Learn and communicate product knowledge to match customer needs. Demonstrate company values through behavior. Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years experience working in a retail environment. Comfortable learning & adapting to new technology. Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities. Customer service‑oriented attitude. Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively. Desire to improve selling behavior and problem solving. Understanding of basic business management functions. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Proven competencies in effective communication. Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges. Physical Requirements Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, or ramps. Moving oneself in different positions to accomplish tasks. Communicating with others to exchange information. Standing for prolonged periods. Reaching or bending repeatedly; moving objects up to 50 pounds. Lifting up to 200 pounds via team lift or equipment (as required). Repeating wrist, hand, or finger motions; operating power tools. Assessing accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work. Work Hours This part‑time position is expected to work approximately 15-29 hours per week. Actual hours may vary based on business needs.
