RN Registered Nurse, GI Lab - Allegheny General Hospital

Job Title

Provides nursing care to the patient undergoing endoscopic procedures. Collaborates with the patient and physician to provide care.

Shift

Primarily Day 7:00A to 5:30P Mon-Fri, Rotating weekends and holiday per policy, Full Time, 80 hours every two weeks

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• CPR certification
• 1 year nursing experience or previous GI experience required if less than one year nursing

Preferred:

• 1 year critical care experience
• Minimum 2 years endoscopy experience
