DataVox is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing marketing team and drive the successful execution of campaigns, events, content initiatives, and partner programs. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time Set clear expectations, priorities, and deadlines for team members Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all marketing initiatives Conduct regular check‑ins, performance feedback, and goal setting for team members Identify workflow gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and communication Planning & Execution Oversight Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, content, and partner initiatives Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverables Ensure all marketing activities align with company strategy, brand standards, and business goals Review and approve marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with sales, operations, and leadership Strategy, Reporting & Optimization Translate high‑level marketing objectives into clear, actionable plans for the team Track project status, deadlines, and performance metricsProvide regular updates and reporting on marketing activities, progress, and results Identify risks, roadblocks, or resource constraints and proactively address them Required Experience Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team with demonstrated ability to set priorities, assign work, and drive accountability across multiple marketing functions Strong organizational and project management discipline with experience managing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns, events, and content programs Experience overseeing integrated marketing programs including campaigns, customer and partner events, content initiatives, and digital efforts Hands‑on ownership of event execution as part of a broader marketing strategy, including planning, coordination, logistics, and post‑event follow‑up Ability to create structure, clarity, and accountability within a team through defined workflows, expectations, and process improvements Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills with experience aligning marketing efforts to sales, leadership, and operations priorities Analytical and results‑oriented mindset with experience tracking campaign and event performance and reporting on KPIs Ability to translate strategic direction into clear execution plans with defined timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and project management tools Preferred Qualities Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities Why DataVox?
