Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and EMDR. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA compliance. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, particularly focusing on short-term individual and group therapy techniques. \n
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case management and collaborate effectively with colleagues in developing therapeutic strategies. \n
- Effectively manage client scheduling while ensuring a balanced caseload, providing telehealth and in-person sessions according to best practices. \n
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions, fostering a trusting and therapeutic relationship. \n
As an LMFT at Crossroad Behavioral Health Services, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and respect for their individual customs and traditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited graduate program. \n
- An active and unrestricted LMFT License is required to practice in the state of Arizona. \n
- Strong bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct therapy sessions effectively in both languages. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in working with diverse client age groups and backgrounds. \n
- A sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work with a range of ethnic backgrounds are essential. \n
- Trained in at least one therapeutic approach, such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, with competence in applying these methods in practice. \n
- Must have a valid Driver's License and car insurance for any potential in-office activities or client visits. \n
- Availability to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day, ensuring accessibility for clients. \n
- Regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to professional growth are key expectations of this role. \n

- Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health. \n
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office, and related software programs. \n
- A readiness to become an in-network provider for insurance panels to enhance client accessibility. \n
- Demonstrated ability to self-reflect and empathize with clients, promoting a nurturing therapeutic environment. \n
