This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:/pulliCompleting maintenance service requests across multiple trades/liliProviding excellent customer service and promoting a quality living experience for all residents/liliCompleting regular ProCare visits in residents homes to perform proactive maintenance and repairs/liliEducating residents regarding all maintenance topics/liliCompleting general property condition assessments at all property visits and alerting the property management team when items require immediate attention/liliReviewing and using Technician-specific reports to find opportunities for improvement/liliPerforming repairs in vacant properties while they are on-the-market or during the turn process/liliProperly using and caring for company-supplied tools, materials, and vehicles/liliPerforming other duties as assigned/li/ulpYour experience includes:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliOSHA 10 is required (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete OSHA 10 certification if not already certified)./liliProven experience in residential repairs and maintenance, other building maintenance or related experience./liliUnderstanding of residential construction and mechanical systems and ability to perform general repairs in some of the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor) and appliances. Some training will be provided./liliExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills; multi-lingual a plus/liliComfortability using mobile devices (i.e. iPad and/or iPhone) and various mobile applications/liliMust possess a current drivers license, automobile insurance, and any other licenses and/or certification as required by state law/liliThe following certifications are preferred but not required:/liulliEPA Certification, Type I and II/liliHVAC Certification/liliCPO certification (pool)/li/ulliAbility to be at work on a regular and consistent basis including weekends and holidays as needed/liliAbility to provide basic hand and power tools/liliAbility to perform work that requires the following:/liulliFrequent climbing, reaching, use of fingers, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing/liliAbility to lift and/or move an excess of 50 pounds or more and operate standard maintenance equipment as assigned/li/ulliMay be required to conduct occupancy checks and attend eviction lockouts/setouts in coordination with local law enforcement/li/ulpWe stand for flexibility, opportunity, and a home that people can make their own.
