Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of upscale dining experience in a senior role desired
• Professional, driven, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability and open to working flexible hours
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture is a plus
