Position: Multi-Site Manager Location: Rochester, NY Job Id: 686 # of Openings: 0 Job Summary FleetLogix is the premier provider of fleet management and transportation services. This role involves overseeing operations across multiple accounts in Western New York, including strategic client relations, administrative oversight, and active fieldwork across regional vehicle lots. Pay Range $62,400 - $65,000 / annually Responsibilities Based out of Rochester, NY, the Multi‑Site Manager drives operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple fleet management and transportation accounts throughout the Western New York region. This dynamic, hands‑on role requires an agile leader who splits time between strategic client relations, administrative oversight, and active fieldwork across regional vehicle lots. As the primary point of contact for local accounts, the manager will: Drive operational success across multiple Western NY accounts. Build strong relationships with clients to meet all needs. Conduct supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching employees. Plan and direct work, evaluate performance, issue disciplinary action where needed, and resolve problems. Schedule staff and cover missing shifts when needed. Inspect areas, hold safety meetings, and enforce safety regulations. Direct and communicate staff regarding productivity, document performance issues, and report misconduct to HR. Ensure all staff wears proper attire and follows safety procedures. Conduct regular staff meetings and safety training. Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the transportation or maintenance of vehicles and monitor compliance with safety codes. Report to the Regional Manager/Regional Director. High school diploma or GED preferred; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Prior experience with customer account relations and rental car industry required. Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing or leading a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service oriented, fosters teamwork, and promotes safety. Organized and detail oriented. Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet skills. Valid state-issued driver's license with satisfactory driving record; minimum 4 years of qualified driving experience. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and policies; complete reports and maintain payroll records. Physical Demands Frequent travel by car between multi‑site regional operations. Regular sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing. Move in and out of cars and walk areas > 100 yards multiple times per day. Stand for long periods, bend over repeatedly, kneel, stoop, bend, crouch, or crawl. Use hands, fingers, and arms to grasp, reach, stretch, carry, or lift. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Benefits Compensation commensurate with education and experience.
