Tax Manager

TAX MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY


The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns and conferring with clients on tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and/or review, compliance, and consulting, along with leadership qualities such as excellent communication, mentoring skills, ambition to lead, and the ability to drive results.

Tax Manager Requirements

• CPA required
• 7+ years of experience with tax preparation and/or review
• Strong technical knowledge and project management skills
• Client service oriented
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Aptitude to learn and effectively use multiple software applications. Knowledge with Thomsen Reuters software a plus but not needed
• Ability to apply principles of accounting to analyze and prepare tax returns.
• Excellent organizational skills
