Bartender Position$1,000 Retention BonusThe Bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests of the bars and/or restaurants and provides a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for our guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares order requests from guests or Cocktail Servers.Upsells liquor, suggestive selling specialty and house cocktails, beers and wines.Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.Serves wine and draft or bottled beer.Comps player drinks in accordance with house rules.Stocks bar with necessary items.Keeps apprised of current specialty drinks, trends, new liquors, beers and wines on property.Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned.Ensures station is cleaned and sanitizedUnderstands and follows all Southern Nevada Health District RegulationsOther related duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including health, fire and safety regulations.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED required.
