Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist

• Perform heart and peripheral catheterization procedures
• Assist with line placements and neuro-intervention procedures
• Work in a team setting to address emergent cardiac situations such as STEMI and NSTEMI
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate patient documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations, handling urgent cases as needed

Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist

• Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• BLS certification
• Recent experience with heart and peripheral catheterizations
• Familiarity with Philips equipment and EPIC charting system
