Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated physician trained in Internal or Family Medicine to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care through a comprehensive range of primary care services, which include diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive measures, and health maintenance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possesses at least two to three years of experience in primary care within an outpatient environment.

• Skilled in diagnosing and managing a diverse array of chronic conditions to enhance patient outcomes.

• Exhibits proficiency in diagnosis and treatment, ensuring that high standards of patient care and safety are upheld.

• Adopts a patient-centered approach to foster a positive experience for patients.

• Demonstrates excellent communication abilities.

• Shows a keen interest in Population Health Management.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or an equivalent international degree.

• Completion of a three-year postgraduate medical training program from a U.S. accredited residency in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities are essential.

• Seeking physicians with two to three years of outpatient experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice in New York State.

• Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration is required or eligibility for registration.

• Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.

• BLS or ACLS certification is mandatory.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office.
