Role Description
Tiger Analytics is looking for an Analytics professional with strong experience in Banking and Financial Services Analytics and Consulting to lead strategic analytics initiatives for a leading client. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Consulting and team leadership skills
- Deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end analytics and transformation initiatives, from problem definition through implementation
- Partnering with senior business stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
- Driving initiatives across areas such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, procurement, logistics, and operational performance
- Leading and mentoring cross-functional analytics teams and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Developing analytical frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Managing client relationships and communicating recommendations effectively to senior leadership
- Identifying opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and AI/ML to improve supply chain efficiency and business outcomes
- Contributing to solution development, proposals, and expansion opportunities with clients
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, data-driven strategy, or a related field
- Strong Banking/Financial domain experience with a good understanding of supply chain processes and business challenges
- Experience leading large-scale analytics or transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior/executive stakeholders
- Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or cloud/data platforms
- Ability to translate complex business problems into practical, data-driven solutions
