Silver Birch of Evansville is seeking a Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) to join our Clinical Team. Silver Birch QMAs are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. We are looking for a QMA that is ready to be valued for their knowledge and compassion in our community.

Responsibilities:

Provides services to residents as directed by the resident care plan, including ADLs

Dispenses, administers, monitors and documents medications and treatments as prescribed by treating physician and in accordance with scope of practice and company policy

Reports on the condition of the resident to the Wellness team

Documents in electronic health record the assistance provided to residents

Responds to call lights

Provides exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

Current QMA Licensure

Insulin Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain Insulin Certification

Prior Healthcare Experience

Exceptional Customer Service Skills
