Nurse Supervisor

Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on our skilled nursing and post-acute rehab units. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, monitor clinical quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, supporting admissions and discharges, mentoring staff, collaborating with therapy and medical teams, and promoting a compassionate, resident-first culture focused on recovery, dignity, and quality of life for residents and families.
