Cloud Finance: Workforce Planning Lead
Google Cloud Finance is seeking a Workforce Planning Lead to architect global talent planning and cost optimization. You will partner with Cloud leadership to oversee headcount and payroll forecasting and drive data-driven workforce strategies across 46k+ employees and a $21B cost base. This role blends finance, strategy, and people operations to transform workforce planning.
