This position is paid as a draw against commissions.Medical, dental and vision coverage available after 90 days of continuous, full-time servicePaid time offVoluntary life insurance, short term disability insurance and critical illness/accident insurance available to qualified team members.401kKey Responsibilities and Duties:Interact with customers in the dealership setting; listening as they communicate their needs and desires for their next new or used vehicle and assisting them in finding what’s right for them.Work alongside our financing team, facilitating communication, protecting customers’ private information and obtaining the information necessary to create the deal.Market yourself via word-of-mouth, social media, and networking connections.Attend sales meetings, set goals and actively work the sales process to meet them.This position involves actively seeking out customers and walking them through each step of the buying process.
