SERVICE MANAGER

Are you an organized leader looking for a rewarding career in equipment service management? New Tec is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our Storm Lake team. In this role, you will lead daily shop and field operations, coordinate service technicians, and deliver exceptional support to our customers. If you excel at problem-solving, dispatching, and ensuring smooth service operations, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Filter incoming customer service requests and dispatch road/shop technicians efficiently. Prepare accurate repair estimates, track active work orders, and process billing paperwork. Order necessary service parts and assist customers with direct parts inquiries. Support walk-in or calling customers with basic equipment sales inquiries and direct them to sales representatives. Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Technical familiarity with material handling or construction equipment (preferred).
