Project Manager

Responsibilities: • Lead project planning sessions, ensuring all team members are aligned with the project goals and timelines. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives efficiently. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget limits, enhancing client satisfaction and trust in our services. Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in managing construction projects, specifically wood-framed buildings. • Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings with precision. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions and mitigate risks efficiently. • Proficiency in using software tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook for project tracking and documentation. • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with clients and team members clearly. • Detail-oriented approach to ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
