We are looking for a receptionist at our Kingston location with strong customer service skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a professional, friendly atmosphere.
Duties include scheduling, accepting payments, light cleaning, sending faxes, making copies, billing insurance, managing patient flow etc. Strong computer skills and ability to work independently on a task are a must. The right candidate will also be able to demonstrate self-imposed initiative and pride when accomplishing a task.
Previous experience in an office setting and/or chiropractic knowledge is a huge plus. Hours are M, W and F 7:45-6 when schools are in and M,W, Th when school is out for summer in most weeks (though we do change days to accommodate holidays, etc). Please do not pursue if the days of the week or total amount of needed hours conflict with your needs.
Pay is based upon talent and experience with raises as you master the job.
Must live within 25 minutes of the office and references will be checked.
