Recovery Coach & Peer Support Specialist

CVS Health in Richmond, VA is hiring a Peer Support Specialist to guide Aetna members in recovery using lived experience with behavioral health and/or substance use. You will coach, mentor, and coordinate care with the care management team to support treatment goals and reduce barriers to recovery. You will attend case rounds, educate teams on recovery principles, help identify social determinants affecting health, and assist members in setting short- and long-term wellness goals while #J-18808-Ljbffr
