Seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician

Position Overview Seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our fast‑growing team in Easley, SC. The ideal candidate has a can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and an active EPA Certification. Job Responsibilities Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment to identify repair or replacement needs with no mistakes or callbacks. Perform maintenance, service repairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing units, including units of 15 tons or more. Maintain larger preventive‑maintenance contracts with more than five units. Repair or replace defective parts and controls in units and equipment. Service and troubleshoot mini‑splits and smaller RTUs and mini‑splits for 15 tons or less. Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for customers. Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered. Accountabilities Continual learning and development through FirstCall Academy to maintain industry skill standards. Deliver elite level customer service, ensuring the company remains the first choice for HVAC needs. Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Active EPA Certification. Five or more years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting. OSHA 10 Certification. Manufacturer certification preferred. Availability for flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Competitive weekly pay.
