Compensation & Schedule

Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities

Install new HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial buildings
Perform installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience (more experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
EPA Certification (preferred)
NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
