Assembler Location: Jeffersonville, IN Pay: $16.00 Job Description Minutemen Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble parts and products according to specifications, operate hand and power tools, perform quality inspections, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to instructions. Use hand tools and production equipment. Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Maintain production goals and attendance standards. Keep work areas clean and organized. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
