Speech Language Pathologist - Infant Toddler

Role: The Speech Language Pathologist in the Infant-Toddler Services program provides evaluation, program planning, caregiver coaching, and team collaboration to support eligible infants and toddlers and their families in home and community settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intake and screening visits participate in team evaluations develop and implement individualized family service plans (IFSPs) deliver ongoing interventions using a coaching model collaborate with multidisciplinary team members complete documentation coordinate family services and community resources Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a valid SLP credential from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or be CFY eligible Requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, experience with young children with disabilities, effective communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and ability to work in diverse settings, including homes and community locations Physical & Environmental Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds work in various positions navigate different environments, including stairs May encounter biological hazards and travel to visit students' homes Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license reliable vehicle proficiency in both English and Spanish Must maintain confidentiality and utilize technology effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
