Solution Delivery Architect

Professional Services Solutions Delivery Architect (PS SDA) Join our Digital Business Unit to lead technical solution design for our advanced digital solutions. Responsibilities Lead technical solution design and serve as a trusted design partner to customers by qualifying requirements and developing low‑level technical designs for high‑performance, automated data discovery and processing solutions. Guide the entire post‑sale process from requirement discovery through final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project handover. Authorize design changes during implementation to ensure solutions meet all functional, security, and performance requirements in accordance with contractual commitments. Qualifications Extensive experience in designing and delivering global digital solutions, especially in content and information management technologies, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Business Process Modeling (BPM/RPA). Strong technical proficiency in SQL, JSON/XML, Python, .NET/C#, Java, or REST APIs, with experience in cloud/enterprise indexing services such as Elasticsearch or Solr. Proven ability in architectural design and stakeholder management, influencing senior technical communities in a matrixed organization. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Industry‑standard certifications such as AWS Cloud Architect, TOGAF, or ZACHMAN are strongly desired. Travel Flexibility to work across various time zones and travel as required, up to 30% of the time; mostly within the region, with occasional international travel.
