Senior Manager, Controllership Salary: $170-210k Hybrid - Boston, MA 02109 (2 days onsite/3 days remote) Must Haves: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance10+ years relevant experience, including audit experience (from either public accounting or from internal audit)FX exposureSupervisory/management experienceLarger, complex company experience ( they have many intercompany partners) Pluses: Public Accounting/ CPAMulti-national experienceShared ServicesSAPExposure to consulting, professional services, or high tech industriesMultiple divisions/entities/sets of booksBS in Accounting specificallyIFRS Role Summary The Senior Manager, Finance is a key leader within the Controllership organization, responsible for overseeing all internal and external audits, maintaining a strong internal control environment, and supporting the monthly accounting close. This role applies deep accounting and compliance expertise to promote accurate financial reporting, adherence to company policies, and timely resolution of audit and control matters. The Senior Manager provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports while serving as a trusted resource to the broader team and cross-functional partners. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to special projects, support acquisitions and integrations, and advance process improvements across the organization. Your Impact

• Support month end close for our North America entities
• Ensure compliance with company controls and procedures, tracking compliance and helping to implement changes
• Manage the internal and external audits of North American entity, ensuring timely completion with minimal findings
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and general ledger activity
• Support Income, Indirect and Canada tax teams by providing requested information, liaising to ensure accurate accounting and supporting various tax audits
• Provide financial analysis to support reporting, decision-making, and the identification of trends, risks, and recurring issues.
• Foster a culture of continual process improvement and high-quality deliverables
• Assist with ad hoc projects, such as acquisition support, accounting matters and supporting other entities, as needed.
• Develop and provide support to direct reports
