Full Time Professional Boca Raton, FL, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1046 Salary Range: $220,000.00 To $230,000.00 Annually Department: Clinical Operations Reports To: Chief Medical Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary Provides comprehensive pediatric primary care within Nuvia Medical’s value-based care model. Responsible for preventive care, chronic disease management, and pediatric population health. Provide outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits and immunizations. Conduct developmental and preventive screenings. Manage a pediatric patient panel. Collaborate with care coordination teams. Ensure compliance with pediatric quality measures. Develop care plans for high-risk pediatric patients. Participate in pediatric population health initiatives. Review quality dashboards and improve outcomes. Educate families through anticipatory guidance. Document encounters in the EHR. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Active Florida medical license. Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred. Knowledge of pediatric quality measures.
