Senior Finance Associate – Private Credit Leverage Management | Boston Hybrid | $95K-$110K Base + Bonus We're partnering with a leading global alternative asset manager to identify a Senior Finance Associate to join their Private Credit Leverage Management team in Boston. This is a highly visible opportunity supporting a multi‑billion‑dollar private credit platform and working directly with portfolio management, lenders, trustees, and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing leverage facilities, including CLOs, asset‑backed facilities, and fund‑level financing arrangements Liquidity forecasting and cash management across private credit funds, BDCs, evergreen funds, and SMAs Monitoring leverage metrics, borrowing bases, collateral eligibility, and concentration limits Supporting lender reporting, waterfall distributions, and financing facility administration Partnering with investment, operations, and treasury teams on funding and portfolio activity Ideal candidates will have: 2-4 years of experience in private credit, fund finance, structured finance, treasury, or leveraged fund operations Exposure to CLOs, BDCs, warehouse facilities, asset‑backed facilities, or fund‑level leverage structures Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Experience interpreting credit agreements and financing documentation A strong attention to detail and desire to work in a fast‑paced investment environment If you're interested in learning more or know someone who may be a fit, please send Kyle Archer an email at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
