Job Details

• Location: Not specified (general healthcare facility setting).
• Shift Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, with call requirements during the week and every other weekend. Weekend call includes 24-hour shifts from 7 a.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. Sunday and from 7 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday. Minimum weekly hours: 40.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA).
• Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent OR Open Heart nursing experience.
• Typical Responsibilities: Support cardiac surgeries, monitor patient status during perioperative period, collaborate with surgical teams, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a valid license to submit.

• Additional Information: Flu vaccination required unless medically exempted. 36-hour cancellation policy within 13 weeks. Charting system is EPIC. Multiple call shifts are required, including during weekends.
