Clinical Diagnostics Specialist - ABA Centers, Massachusetts Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year What You’ll Do Administer tests to clients and families Complete pre‑assessments with clients/families Accurately score pencil‑paper and computer tests Ensure written documentation is completed and uploaded promptly per departmental policy Comply with ABA Centers of America’s HIPAA privacy and security policies Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Attend weekly group/individual supervision, clinical training meetings, and continuing education sessions Education / Experience and Other Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with experience testing/assessing for Autism Spectrum Disorder LCSW certification is a plus Experience as a technician strongly preferred Knowledge of autism and coursework in assessment/testing of ASD and related disorders, intellectual disability, developmental disabilities, and learning disorders Experience with tests/measures used to identify/diagnose ASD, such as: ADOS‑2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) CARS‑2 (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales Sensory Profile SRS‑2 (Social Responsiveness Scale) BASC‑3 (Behavior Assessment System for Children) BRIEF‑2 (Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function) Weschler Intelligence Scales Developmental Assessment of Young Children Kauffman Brief Intelligence Test Intake/interviewing experience Willingness to obtain certification from the Board of Psychometrists Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record Availability to work onsite, Monday‑Friday (and some Saturdays) Willingness to travel within the region Expertise Needed Report‑writing Organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills Communication, interpersonal, and team skills Identifying challenges and collaborating with team members to devise creative solutions and measurable outcomes Motivating team members to be their best while holding them accountable to maintain the company’s excellent service standards Establishing and maintaining open and honest communication and always sharing information Continual learning, teaching, and development Leading and driving initiatives to completion Outstanding Benefits 21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, which increases with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, and life insurance Generous 401(k) with up to 6% employer match About ABA Centers ABA Centers is committed to maintaining a culture led by seasoned professionals who share a vision of becoming the nation’s leading provider of autism care.
